I am very worried about my appearance. In my opinion, I am getting on weight. I am stressed to be told that I am fat. In modern society, slim women are considered beautiful and pretty, and fat women are considered unattractive, ugly. So many women eat little and try to be skinny. I want to be slime and thin. But I like eating something. It seems that it’s easy to gain weight, but very difficult to lose weight. We do very many things to lose weight. For example, little eating, every day exercising, etc. I decided that I would exercise after eating something. I think doing exercises is the best method to lose my weight. I think that life of women is very hard and difficult. To lose my weight, I get up early. In the early morning, I jogged with my sister. My sister was very angry to get up early. So I felt sorry. The morning air was very fresh, clean and cool, I felt refreshed. I’d like to suggest this exercise to my friends. But my friends hates to exercise in the morning. So I exercised with my sister. Many people are feeling the need to exercise regularly. Some of them like to do it alone. But I think exercising with a friend or a family is more comfortable and better for health. It can help us keep on exercising. And it also brings people closer together. When we see and old couple jogging together in the morning, they look happy. So I think we’d better exercise with others.
